If there are less than 24 hours left before the class starts, please inform me through the Line/AT chatroom! ↘️ Remember to be punctual for class, I will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes... No refunds will be given for absences. ↘️ If you need to take leave, please make changes at least 12 hours before the class. If there are any changes, please inform the teacher of the reason and arrange for a makeup class. Otherwise, no refunds or makeup classes will be provided. ↘️ Classes must be completed within the specified time frame (as determined by the system). A 30% extension service fee will be charged for overdue classes. 💭Reminder: 💭Practicing 3-4 times a week is more important than memorizing 20 words a day. Consistent English practice leads to improvement. 💭Reservations can be made in the calendar for the next two weeks. As long as you can schedule 2-3 classes in the following week, Amelia will do her best to help you achieve your goals within the designated time. 📢To cancel a class, please notify at least 12 hours in advance and cancel the reservation through the system. 📢Adjustments to class time can be made based on communication with the teacher. 📢If notified within 12 hours, no refund or makeup class will be provided. 📢In case of unexpected circumstances (such as illness or family-related situations), half of the class fee will be charged. 📢Being late for more than 10 minutes or being absent will be considered as giving up the class, and no makeup class or refund will be provided. 📢Please respect the teacher and regulate your own English learning efficiency.
