🌟 Punctuality is key. A 10-minute grace period is granted for 25-minute lessons, and a 20-minute allowance for 50-minute sessions. Beyond this, lateness will be treated as an absence, with no refund or rescheduling options available.
🌟 Should you need to cancel a lesson, kindly provide at least 12 hours notice. Cancellations within this timeframe will be charged as regular lessons.
🌟 Please join the class on time. Starting promptly is important since our sessions are short. It shows respect for your teacher and helps you make the most of your learning. Try to log in a few minutes early. If you have any trouble logging in, just let me know and I'll help you.
